Qualities to earn you a Job Job interview is a very important and critical part during hiring process. An applicant’s qualities are evaluated based on a company’s needs. During this pre-employment process, potential employers focus on eliminating any applicant who does not meet their standards. Fresh college graduates might find it is hard to pass through the process because they might be lacking some important qualities. If one want’s to succeed in an interview, he or she must show case certain qualities. Regardless of the interview’s nature, be it in-person, phone screening, behavioral, work sample, peer group or video conference, qualities such as, communication skills, customer intelligence, and motivation tend to be more significant in job interviews, thus, distinguishing between a great candidate and a good one. Overly, having effective and solid communication skills is important to make things work out easily and smoothly. It lasts a lifetime; for t hat reason, it is a prime factor to consider when trying engaging yourself either through your resume, employers or companies.
